Katie

Katie, LPC Associate

I help clients move from survival patterns into grounded, embodied healing by blending evidence-based modern psychological science with timeless spiritual practices. My approach integrates nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems to help you identify and compassionately reparent the parts of yourself that have carried old wounds for far too long.

Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I guide you in making meaning out of life’s challenges, so pain becomes a source of wisdom rather than a cycle of suffering. Through the lens of Attachment Theory, I support you in building secure connections, both with yourself and others, while cultivating practices that anchor your growth in daily life. Whether we’re using breathwork to calm the body, mindfulness to bring you into presence, or values-based action to align your choices with your truth, my goal is to help you access the deep inner resources you already carry and create lasting change from the inside out.
